This milestone marks a significant upgrade of our production infrastructure and a strong reinforcement of our forging and CNC machining capabilities, enabling us to better serve global automotive customers with higher capacity, efficiency, and quality.

The new plant is designed to support integrated manufacturing—from tooling, forging, heat treatment to precision CNC machining—under one roof. With expanded workshop space and optimized production layout, we have further strengthened our core competencies in:

Closed-die forging and post-forging machining

High-volume and high-mix automotive components

Tight-tolerance precision parts and structural safety components

This expansion allows us to handle larger project volumes, improve process stability, and shorten overall lead times, while maintaining strict quality control throughout the entire manufacturing chain.

With the relocation, we have increased investment in advanced equipment and automation, further enhancing our end-to-end manufacturing capability:

Multiple forging lines ranging from 300T to 4000T, covering part weights from 0.05 kg to 100 kg

Expanded CNC machining capacity, including robot loading/unloading lines for 24/7 operation

Fully in-house heat treatment with controlled atmosphere furnaces and traceable process records

Comprehensive inspection and testing capabilities such as CMM, 3D scanning, metallographic analysis, mechanical testing, and 100% magnetic particle inspection for critical parts
